your fine. just pay taxes on your net profits.

It all depends on how much you are sending and how frequently you are using them. Can you give us an indication of that?

Your transfers out sound alright, but I'd find a different way of getting those thousands back in.

Should I just get back a few hundred every week. I heard the bank has to report all transactions over 9000.00 are something.

Getting back the smaller amounts each week could be safer but I'd still suggest not always relying on WU for all transfers in and out. At least mix it up a bit with something else so you don't fall into one of their "patterns".

Banks do have to report transactions, but WU themselves could ban you way before any of that happens. They can start asking you about who your receivers are or who the senders are, and if they don't like your answers you are gone from using them.

Your post illustrates the origin of the banking problem. Western Union will divulge your personal information to anyone that asks for it. You are doing a massive amount of transactions. Looks like 4 or 5 a week. That's 200 a year. Now, think about it - Western Union just might profile their customers and report suspicious activity (call me crazy but a couple hundred Western Unions might arouse the red flag).

Times are different - you can't put in money and take it out once a day - Neteller poker guys that put in 50 bucks and if they won a 100 pulled it out on a semi daily basis are responsible for saying HELLO,USA - DO YOU HEAR THE SUCKING SOUND?

You can play as long as you don't put any money in or take any out. In other words, you are saying - Hey look at me - I am Playing!!!!
But, let's ask Nelson Rose if person to person transfers violate the new legislation?

So, the catch 22, is staring you in the face, you would rather play with a bigger bank - but you don't trust leaving the money in. The post up side doesn't have an answer for this but maybe they should figure it out - either find a way to guarantee funds to the players or the transaction merry go round will eat them up. Player funds are guaranteed - casinos are holding the dough - the only way for the player to guarantee the dough at the moment is to pull it out. What the industry needs is a lot less banking than a lot more.

Why would someone be more worried about this now ? I thought the recent legislation pased was just going after the finacial institutionsns.
