You: Last week you told us 10-12 days for withdrawals to get to us..now emails are saying who knows when we will be paid...
You: you have people thinking they will be paid next week, now you say well, thats not the case...you dont know when you will pay us or if you will pay us

Selina Kyle: please bear with me for a moment while I look into this...
Selina Kyle: We are working through a long backlog of withdrawals
Selina Kyle: We are doing everything we can to have all withdrawals sent out ASAP
You: so you have a processor now?
You: yesterday i was told no processor
Selina Kyle: I assure you that you will receive your funds as soon as possible
You: so the 10-12 days we were told last week doesnt exist anymore, and that who knows when we will be paid...asap is vague
You: asap is a vague statement
You: give a good reason a person would deposit not know when they would be paid
Selina Kyle: We apologise for this obvious inconvenience. This delay should be cleared up by the end of the month
You: so is it 10-12 days from last week or does anyone there have any idea when we will be paid and was 10-12 days just an excuse?
You: ok, many people on the gaming message boards are not very happy...........
You: why is there not something on the web site sportsbook.com, advising persons of this "delay"..those who are new may not know this ..they depoit, they win, they get delayed pay....
You: any answers as to why a person should deposit not knowing if they will be paid, can anyone there answer? am i asking too many questions?

By the end of the month? As in the end of March? Sounds like a long wait to me. Maybe this is why sportingbet might be taken over.

flyers - try to be patient. i have been waiting since mid february for my payouts. i called and was told the end of the next week will be the end of the problems. march 16, 2007 we should all be paid. so lets wait until then and hope and not cause a run on their bank. thanks.

The problem is that Chexx dropped them (amongst other companies). They need a new check processor.

At this point they owe me enough that I would take a road trip and pick up our withdrawals in person. I was dumb enough to have them put a tiny bit of the money owed back in my account. Played some more blackjack...more than doubled the money and withdrew...now amazingly there is no record of the withdrawal...no typical e-mail receipt...should have taken a screenshot for whatever that may be worth. Keep telling myself to be patient. Had received checks thru Chexx thru the 2nd week of Feb....then that was it.

This company has always been disfunctional when not using neteller...

I would expect a very long delay. In good times, they were 7-14 days via check.

To be honest in the past they have always been prompt. i would withdraw on a Monday and the fed ex would be here by friday. The last two months have been brutal.. I guess thats with every sportsbook thou.

ouch. when i did use them i used neteller. They were slow to begin with.
I'm still waiting on my BoS payout. Now maybe people will know how it feels.:cocktail:cocktail:cocktail:cocktail

Why would they take them back when they are the ones to get rid of them to start with so they could keep US players...

it amazes me what they books are doing to people... its so ridiculous... i have no idea why u guys keep betting offshore with how things are going now... just find a local or dont bet because this shit just isnt fair to people and they obviously dont care...

Why is it that jamaica can still get a check to you inside 5 days and few others can?


Anyhow, I think they will pay. They paid lightening fast until the day chexx dropped them. I knew the day chexx was going to drop them and requested some the day before and had it within a few days.

The point about Betjam is interesting. Still though word out there is getting a processor to work with you is getting harder than getting a date with Miss America. The processor business is a good one, but not when you hold millions of dollars that can be arbitrarily seized under some vague laws and regulations. This ugliness will continue for some time unfortunately and good names will be smeared with it.
