It's the best day for weather all year so far for us around here. It makes you feel better, IMO. Almost perfect for my liking.

Its almost 90 here in Vegas, a bit too warm for March for my tastes. People are raving on the news, but geez we're certain to get plenty of 90 degree days in the next few months.

Beautiful day in the midwest Gen. 77 and sunny here in central IL. So glad to have the day off Great weather makes me feel better too :cheers

Cheaper than California, but more expensive than most inland places. Taxes though are very low.

Free dentist to you're 18, 5 weeks paid holiday every year(lots of people have 6 weeks), free school all the way to university, 365 paid days (80%) for the family when you got a baby...etc

No doubt, I took Swedish in college, don't remember a damn thing but like the culture, especially your holidays. Isn't porn kinda mainstream over there? Thats what our professor said at least :+clueless

To be honest, I think the swedish sin or porn are something from the 70?s.
I think we are pretty normal, it's more that the world doesn't understand how US thinks about sex. I mean, screaming about Janet Jackson flashing something for 0.1 sec on Superbowl, wow !
You should be looking for your roots, maybe you have some swedish sin in your blood...

It hit 89 degrees today, had to turn on the AC for a bit. Don't ever remember turning on the AC in March! I remember a few years ago the ultimate weather differential. I was in Montreal, but heading back to Vegas the next day so I check the weather in an internet cafe there. Outside in Montreal it was snowing and 26 degrees. The net says it is 94 and sunny in Vegas. Think it was April 4 or 5. Got home and felt like I was going to melt the moment I got outside the airport, hit 95 degrees that day.

One thing people who don't live here don't realize is we get about 20 days of what you might call spring weather and 20 days of fall weather. It goes from low 60s to near 90 most days in a matter of weeks, then does the opposite in October. Might be the thing I hate most about the weather here.
