List of where books transfer

I put together this list of books where we can list books they will transfer to... I believe posts can be anonymous (No log in or with log in.)
Anyways, if you know of where certain places will transfer, please add them.
If you know the fees, terms (rollover,etc) please add.
I think most will find it useful.

Certain books will transfer money to other books. For those of us that like to have money at a number of books this helps avoid withdrawals. It is a pain to call all 80 and ask where they will transfer,so I put up the page so people can add as they find out/ask .... It will help everyone to move money around. No need to withdraw $5000 to send it to WSEX if Olympic is willing to send it for you, etc...

I clicked on the different places and it doesn't show anywhere the clicked on books can transfer to. What am I'm doing wrong?

some of the answers are in an SBR thread started by me, I don't think anyone transfers with books like Royal,Betus,etc.
