This was sent into me by Kathy from annarbor911truth.com.


On April 7 annarbor911truth.com hosted Kevin Ryan, Kevin Barret and William Rodriguez for an unforgettable afternoon of truth in the League ballroom. We filled over three hundred chairs for this event called "TRUTH STRIKES BACK".


Originally, the group had planned to sponsor a debate. We invited the members of YAF, a popular rightwing organization on campus to to debate us on the following issue: "Have the government and media lied to the public about the events of Sept 11."

Though we issued several polite invitations these were declined.


Next we tried the physics department at the University of Michigan as well as three departments in the school of engineering, Civil, Materials Science and Mechanical. We sent each faculty member a personal invitation as well as a copy of "Improbable Collapse" All of the invitations were declined or not answered; that's over three hundred invitations total for the University faculty. No one would defend the official story as related in the NIST, FEMA and 9-11 Commission Report.


Since we had advertised a "debate", out of desperation Kevin Ryan and Kevin Barret did a mock debate and took turns representing the official story as outlined in NIST and the 9-11 Commission report. Then they took turns showing how these reports failed the public.


The result was an awesome presentation with many important details and new information about exactly what these idiotic documents contained which have been foisted on the public at our expense as actual "investigations". Hopefully we will have this presentation available for downloading soon.


William Rodriguez enthralled the audience with his account of his experiences on this day and also with his adventures traveling the world in order to get out the truth about 9-11. Many cried during his retelling of the tragic day and afterwards he received a standing ovation.


A family traveled from a nearby town who had lost their daughter in flight 77 (she had been the flight attendant) to hear the presentation and had a highly charged exchange with William which he was able to record. They pledged their support for his work and endeavors. It was a very emotional moment.


Meanwhile, a film festival was held in the hall next door (which seats 120) from 10am to 10pm with continuously running features such as "9-11 Mysteries" "The Great Conspiracy" "Terror Storm" "Improbable Collapse" and "Press for Truth". This room was mostly full throughout the day and we distributed quite a few dvd's and free flyers as well.


At five, Adam de'Angelo had the premier for his new film entitled "Open Complicity", a documentary which uses a lot of original newscasters footage to make the point that there are several suspicious patterns discernable in the medias choice of what "truth" it has released about 9-11. For example, the "Dancing Israelis" and the outrageous behavior of the Bush entourage at Booker Elementary School are high suspicious lapses in the medias presentation of the "official" story about 9-11, lapses that are rarely addressed in an analytical manner by most 9-11 truth researchers. This new film fills this void by offering well supported and fascinating theories as to why the media released these incriminating pieces of footage. Hopefully "Open Complicity" will be available online soon. We'll keep you posted or check at our website annarbor911truth.com to find out when it will be available for viewing.

Critics of these alternative theories say they are a form of conspiracism common throughout history after a traumatic event in which conspiracy theories emerge as a mythic form of explanation (Barkun, 2003). A related criticism addresses the form of research on which the theories are based. Thomas W. Eagar, an engineering professor at MIT, suggested they "use the 'reverse scientific method'. The basic assumption is that conspiracy theories emerge a set of previously held or quickly assembled beliefs about how society works, which are then legitimized by further "research". Taking such beliefs seriously, even if only to criticize them, it is argued, merely grants them further legitimacy.
Michael Shermer, writing in Scientific American, said: "The mistaken belief that a handful of unexplained anomalies can undermine a well-established theory lies at the heart of all conspiratorial thinking (as well as creationism, Holocaust denial and the various crank theories of physics). All the "evidence" for a 9/11 conspiracy falls under the rubric of this fallacy. Such notions are easily refuted by noting that scientific theories are not built on single facts alone but on a convergence of evidence assembled from multiple lines of inquiry."<SUP class=reference id=wp-_ref-199>[212]</SUP>
There are also behavioristic objections to these conspiracy theories, arguing that the conspiracy theorists behave in an irrational or unscholarly way.<SUP class=reference id=wp-_ref-progressive_0>[213]</SUP> One objection is that the conspiracy theorists tend to connect unrelated information. Another is that they will often expand the conspiracy to include those who debunk their original theories, such as Popular Mechanics.<SUP class=reference id=wp-_ref-progressive_1>[213]</SUP> There is also the tendency of the conspiracy theorists to quote only other conspiracy theorists and provide little if any expert verification of any of their claims.<SUP class=reference id=wp-_ref-200>[214]</SUP>

Scientific American,<SUP class=reference id=wp-_ref-SciAm_0>[215]</SUP> Popular Mechanics,<SUP class=reference id=wp-_ref-201>[216]</SUP> and The Skeptic's Dictionary<SUP class=reference id=wp-_ref-202>[217]</SUP> have published articles that challenge and discredit various 9/11 conspiracy theories. Conspiracy theorists have jumped on the contribution to the Popular Mechanics article by "senior researcher" Ben Chertoff, who they claim is cousin of Michael Chertoff - current head of Homeland Security.<SUP class=reference id=wp-_ref-203>[218]</SUP> However, no indication of an actual connection has been revealed and Ben Chertoff has denied the allegation.<SUP class=reference id=wp-_ref-204>[219]</SUP> Popular Mechanics has published a book entitled Debunking 9/11 Myths that expands upon the research first presented in the article.<SUP class=reference id=wp-_ref-205>[220]</SUP> Der Spiegel dismissed 9/11 conspiracy theories as a "panoply of the absurd", stating "as diverse as these theories and their adherents may be, they share a basic thought pattern: great tragedies must have great reasons."<SUP class=reference id=wp-_ref-206>[221]</SUP>

1) fact that every single flight attendant, pilot, and copilot committed felonies by letting terrorists into the cockpits, turning off transponders, and not entering hijack codes
2) fact that norman mineta testified before the 9/11 commission that cheney gave the order to stand down well before the plane was 50 miles away from hitting the pentagon-this video is easy to find online
3) fact that wtc 7, which was not hit by any planes, had their sprinkler systems turned off and fireproofing fail pretty much all over according to the official story. also firefighters made no effort to stop minor fires in this building which mysteriously caused it to collapse straight down. not only did bbc and cnn announce this building collapsing before it happened, but firefighters and fema officials backed everyone away and counted down the collapse from 20. how do you know to the second when a building is collapsing from a fire?

please dispute those facts. you can't so you won't. every one of those facts is proof of high treason.

that seems to be exactly what fema and nist did, they didn't even consider the possibility of demolition for crying out loud when it was pretty obvious.
nist admitted that they had to "pull down" the wtc 1 and 2 models to even get them to start collapsing (was god involved on 9/11 with his magic fingers pulling them down?). and they admitted any scenario they came up with for wtc 7 collapsing was virtually impossible.
so who's the one that fit the reports with the conclusion? look at jerome hauer (bush insider) on tv within an hour of the attacks saying that bin laden was responsible and that wtc 1 and 2 MUST have collapsed due to all that intense heat.

someone turned off the transponders. most pilots/copilots/flight staff wouldn't even know how to "pull the plug" so i doubt the terrorists would.

i don't know about firefighters, but there were reports that emergency personnel were given a 20 second countdown.
i would say watch this video and draw your own conclusions about whether they knew the building was coming down exactly when it did.

that video was not made with voice overs. and if it was then how do you explain the rescue personnel backing people away with their hands from building 7 right before it collapsed? that can't be "voiced over".

you can certainly find your own material using search engines if you want reports of a countdown from 20 or anything else.

i am saying firefighters were innocent pawns in the game. not "involved in the conspiracy" as some like to put it to avoid open, public debate about the overwhelming evidence of treason.

just the simple fact that bin laden is no longer a suspect and was the only suspect without any investigation is proof of foul play.
if we didn't do it then who did? and who planted trucks full of evidence at airports? certainly terrorists that would've taken a taxi didn't leave a truck full of passports and manuals at the airport and throw their passports out of plane windows before they crashed.

i'm not saying i have any theories, conspiracy or otherwise. look at all available evidence and there is no doubt that lies have been told. if we hooked up cheney to a lie detector test and asked him some simple questions all this would be settled. it is our right to do so imho.

if those orders were to shoot down a plane from more than 50 miles away and they let it get to the pentagon then certainly the ones who couldn't handle the order would've been fired. and nobody would've kept asking if the orders still stand, they simply would've shot the plane down.

FACT: On 9/11 there were only 14 fighter jets on alert in the contiguous 48 states. No computer network or alarm automatically alerted the North American Air Defense Command (NORAD) of missing planes. "They [civilian Air Traffic Control, or ATC] had to pick up the phone and literally dial us," says Maj. Douglas Martin, public affairs officer for NORAD. Boston Center, one of 22 Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regional ATC facilities, called NORAD's Northeast Air Defense Sector (NEADS) three times: at 8:37 am EST to inform NEADS that Flight 11 was hijacked; at 9:21 am to inform the agency, mistakenly, that Flight 11 was headed for Washington (the plane had hit the North Tower 35 minutes earlier); and at 9:41 am to (erroneously) identify Delta Air Lines Flight 1989 from Boston as a possible hijacking. The New York ATC called NEADS at 9:03 am to report that United Flight 175 had been hijacked--the same time the plane slammed into the South Tower. Within minutes of that first call from Boston Center, NEADS scrambled two F-15s from Otis Air Force Base in Falmouth, Mass., and three F-16s from Langley Air National Guard Base in Hampton, Va. None of the fighters got anywhere near the pirated planes.
Why couldn't ATC find the hijacked flights? When the hijackers turned off the planes' transponders, which broadcast identifying signals, ATC had to search 4500 identical radar blips crisscrossing some of the country's busiest air corridors. And NORAD's sophisticated radar? It ringed the continent, looking outward for threats, not inward. "It was like a doughnut," Martin says. "There was no coverage in the middle." Pre-9/11, flights originating in the States were not seen as threats and NORAD wasn't prepared to track them.
