Re: Now that the smoke is clearing, who are the top 5 sports books in the industry?
Maybe we all might wonder though isn't naming the top 5 books and having some of the best minds working out the list asking for trouble? I mean are we not giving Fed looky loos a good list of where they should be targeting in any efforts to shut down payments?
Its sad to say it, but I think the top books are actually among the riskiest because they could easily get trapped in some seizure actions and through no fault of their own be stuck. Feds aren't going to work their regulations effort to stop books with 200 customers.
Sounds a bit overly paranoid to me, and hopefully so...
As if they don't know who the main ones are already?
The Feds have not only arrested some of the biggest names but some of the biggest agents as well...
Of course they know the main Players!
I seriously doubt putting together a top 5 list for gamblers to trust with their money will have any impact on who, if anyone, the DOJ targets next...
P.S.
Never understimate how the Feds work. They love going after the weakest link. They might just as easily target that small shop with 200 customers since it would be an easy catch which could lead to something bigger down the line...
