This may be the first book I've seen who "for security reasons" don't give bonuses to non US/Canada customers "without exception".

That'll be the security of us being too sharp I suppose ;-)

I'm more concerned with what happens if I do kick their asses. these guy had a problem a few years ago of not tolerating winners. they swear thats no longer a problem.

Well, I can tell you that if that were the case it isn't becoming an issue for me so far. I am up in the first 2 months...but I have not made any withdrawals yet.
