He's good.

People who watch 100's of games say two things about Ichiro.

He could win the Home Run Derby if he wanted to.

It is worth it to buy a ticket to a Mariner's game just to go early and watch him take batting practice.

Oh yeah, one more thing.

He'll be a free agent at the end of this season.

Ichiro and Hargrove did not get along (and that's putting it mildly). But considering what Soriano signed for last year I don't know how Seattle keeps him no matter who the manager is.

He is the most unheralded superstar ever IMO... This guy is amazing

I think the extremely high regard that baseball people hold for Ichiro will be demonstrated by how his upcoming contract will absolutely break the bank. . .:bank:
