The Colts have won at least 12 games in each of the last four seasons. After their strong performance in the playoffs and Super Bowl last year, I am curious why you think Peyton Manning and the Colts will win less than 11 games this year. :+clueless

The argument about defensive losses is a silly as MOST all said they suked anyhow (the rankings back it up), so the loss of players should help. The fact of the tough task of repeat leads my friends to say no. As for wins, I dunno. As said we will see. The thrill of what is coming is what makes it so fun. I would not wager on a repeat in any way. Under 11 seems logical from my view as well, but I do Not discount the heart and determination of this offense.

great bet here fellas, I NO EXPERT but I see from the posted schedule above a hard way to go as those games could be lost let alone have a BAD WEEK or (forbid me for saying) a family emergency or injured player on offense will lock this bet. Hell I think they're going to have one hell of a time protecting Peyton this year and we KNOW what happens when Peyton has protection problems. This is something that we could debate until the seasons end because the public will give them 12 wins even with the loss of Booger, Cato, and not to mention the corners cant cover a bed with a blanket!!! I see alot of OVERS---they wont stop any offense that has a run/pass mixture with the cover 2 they use this year, Freeney MUST LEAD THE LEAGUE IN SACKS FOR THIS "D" TO ANYTHING LIKE SUCCESSFULL to me. Great debate fellas.....I also have the RAMS OVER 7.5 (could win that division outright?) and I like the Cowboys for OVER 9.5 (I believe they have improved with a philosophy change of attack with the players they have on defense.....and along with the fact that Ellis WILL RETURN (pressure), and they may have the defensive rookie of the year in Spencer( Ware on the other side will get him alot of looks at the QB in statue position or Ellis if he rehabs well enough). Give a little feed back on those two if you may. (ANYONE)

i think there is a good shot at going 5-0 to start the season....... no way cutler is ready to win this one....... if they get by the saints in game 1, i think 5-0 is in the cards....... then only a 6-5 finish will give you the 11 wins....

if forced, id bet it Over, only because of Peyton Manning.....

there are 4-5 teams in the afc better than the saints, and people think they will win @ indy? denver isn't that good ether, they will not win @ indy. ne is a slight advantage to the colts because they are home, but they could loose that game. the biggest thing that would hurt them winning more games is a key injury. no one can predict that. SB teams always do bad ATS, but we are talking about straight up wins here.

BTW, you have to enjoy the way INDY (Manning) took their shots at the departed corners now playing for New Orleans and Tennessee.

Those guys, others along with Rhodes took the good MONEY after a SB win and you cannot blame em' I reckon. Even though I don't think any of them will be an impact player anywhere really.

looks like the pats trip to indy might be for home field advantage. no team is even close to ether of them.

i think the colts will be favored in every game the rest of the year.

Peyton is so good. The classic play was the right corner TD to Clark. Manning releases the ball last second as the fans grasp for air as he is about to be sacked. He threw the ball at the perfect time due to crowd noise. Jaws stated it was the most amazing thought process of any QB he had ever spoken with.

and people say he can't move and throw on the run. those are the same people that thought mike vick was one of the best QB's in the nfl. lol

They and NE are amazing. Head and shoulders above the rest of the NFL. Pittsburgh and Dallas the best of the JV's.
