Let me see if I am understanding this correctly...

greivin comes in here tonight to represent Cascade and open this sports book up to any questions or concerns posters and gamblers may have...

He also agrees to allow Yours Truly to arbitrate the dispute between Poker King and Cascade..

Meanwhile, nothing yet from Poker King (which is understandable as it is Saturday Night)...

However, all the doubters and naysayers have been urged to call Cascade tonight if they wanted their money or talk to the main guy if they had concerns...

I have been told the NONE (ZERO) of the current complainers on here have picked up the phone to call Cascade????!!!!

Therefore, it is my conclusion that some of you just want to wine and bitch for the hell of it.

If that's the case, then please don't use this thread to waste Cascade's or my time on here tonight....

I was hoping that we might actually get something accomplished...

So what did you learn from ACES GOLD? I learned among other things that sportsbook scammers (like "Charlie Therwanger" and the scammers who promote these deadbeat stiffbooks) can make a FORTUNE by stiffing....looks like your deadbeat friend "Lenny" is doing the same.

It is over. You got burnt. Get over it already. I cant count how many deadbeat players have stiffed me over the last 15 years. I am sure that the figure owed to me is 100 times more than what Lenny got you for. Grow up and move on.

Excellent post and I can't argue with any of your salient points. But I do assure you that I have indeed been fighting to get posters and non posters paid. Furthermore, how would YOU handle a PIONEER in this industry who is very likeable but going through hard times?

Would you give him another month to get things right because he assures you/ me/us he will, or do you remove Cascade from EOG at once?

I have been struggling with this decision but I value yours and everyone's input...

I totally agree that these two other cases have nothing at all to do with the current situation at Cascade, but they did contribute to some of it according to Lenny...

Furthermore, I have asked that either Lenny or Richard post on behalf of Cascade because I don't appreciate being a springboard for future attacks from frustrated posters and gamblers..

The thing is that Cascade hasn't closed. If Lenny at least makes partial or payments of something to his customers and shows a committment to pay customers in the future if Cascade can somehow survive that shows some life. Much better than the BOS thing.

But, a business model of paying absolutely no one and staying in business is BS! It is what it is - wherever the business is at balance wise - pay the Joe's a dime or something and they will probably play a little.

But, Rainbow, Lenny needs to pay up something or else get out of the business. Then, I am willing to let it go. How does Cascade bring in new deposits? We are back to square one that the money is not safe offshore. The catch 22 is that Cascade could not keep anybody's money safe on new deposits. They have proven they are incompetent in safeguarding postup funds.

The only possible way they should be able to take in new deposits is to have them administered by a 3rd party. I send in a nickel - Lenny matches it - 3rd party holds it - now I will play.

That's all I am trying to say - is if Cascade wants to stay in business - knock it off with the BS and start doing business with the customer in a respectful manner otherwise, actually Cascade is the one that should be drying up and blowing away and not the customer Walther.
