Dirty is the number one moderator at all forums combined all time, He would get big bucks on the free agent market and could never be replaced.

It be worth it to give him big bucks to keep him at EOG if he leaves many would follow him to his new home might be the end of EOG.

i don't even think of him as a mod. just a great poster who would give you the shirt off his back if you asked. although I have little use for a XXXL shirt. that's not really my point, though.
