Journey, I believe Mo can bench 350 - I also believe he's good for another 25 lbs off adrenalin alone if you show up - I still highly doubt you ever benched 400 lbs - though, from the pics you posted I would imagine your're pretty strong - but your on a down swing - age is setting in - I would also imagine you've used gear - and it was not 90 - it as 95 - two 25's on each side for 6 good reps (no spot)

I never officially put up 400lbs...I did the equivalent though, lower weight and reps, which equated to 400.

My arms are still 19 inches, Mo cannot dream of matching me...EVER
