a regular job thru the week?

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.......

I do and I have been extra busy the last few weeks..working my ass off!!

The Munchkin Man is a retired math teacher from a local public school system.

The Munchkin Man retired on state disability three years ago after 22 years of service.

However, the Munchkin Man's disability retirement pay is not enough to support the Munchkin Man.

Therefore, the Munchkin Man has a private math tutoring business on the side to supplement his income.

So far, the month of January has been the best one yet.

In fact, the Munchkin Man just came home from a tutoring appointment about a half hour ago.

In addition, the Munchkin Man is a freelance proofreader of new editions of math textbooks whenever they become available.

The Munchkin Man hasn't had a textbook proofreading assignment since last May.

The Munchkin Man has been told that one may become available in March.

In spite of the inconsistent nature of the work the Munchkin Man has described above...............

The Munchkin Man will NEVER go back to working for somebody else in a job with rigid schedules.

The Munchkin Man likes to set his own hours and be his own boss.

Wait.. Yummy is a single mom??? I lost to a single mom in the first round of the NCAA contest??? No offense yummy, but I hate myself now...

I am 8:30 TO 5:30 May 1 - 12/31

From 1/1 - 5/1 it varies anywhere from 50 to 85 per week.....

I used to stand out on the divider of a major street with my "Will Work For Food" sign. (Is that what they mean by "median income?")

Then I figured out that if I dressed as a fireman and stuck a big ol' rubber boot in the car window for "donations," people gave much more readily to my "charity."

currently in school just got accepted into the RN program, starting that in the summer...they make decent pay around my area and the living expenses are low

I work 10 hour days. Every other week i have fri-mon off. The other week i have Sat and Sun off. I made the schedule and made sure I was off every weekend.

8-5 everyday busy as hell and on call 24-7 every couple of months:+whipping

Family runs a funeral home. When I was younger I could get off when I wanted. But now it seems there is no time off and I am only 26. We get every third day off unless we are really busy. And every 3rd weekend(Fri-Sun). I enjoy it though. I like getting paid to do something that means alot to me. Good thread, Mr. M

Only a gambling forum would ask, "how many work". Normal people ask it the other way around, "How many DON'T work"

No work here!

Well unless you count going to the casino and playing live 5-10 no limit poker work. I call it work, but I can only do it 3 days a week. The problem is that one of the days if always Saturday. But Saturday is the main day of the week to make money, so I cant skip too many Saturdays
