5Dimes acct suspended, anyone else ??

Just posted this across the street, and curious to see if anyone over here was effected as well.

I just got home and logged on to my acct with 5Dimes, and received a message that my wagering account has been suspended. I called them immediately and was advised because I had used a deposit method they have had fraud issues with, they are suspending all accounts who used this method until they can verify these accounts were not fraud.

Now I can understand the fraud issues, but a quick review of my account should make it clear that everything is legit. First, I havent made a deposit using the method in question in several months. I have made subsequent deposits since with other methods. I also do not carry much of a balance there, no large bets and no casino action. Finally, this account has been active for a while.

Like I said, I understand fraud issues, but per their customer service, it will be approximately 7 days until they can review and release my account. Seems a bit much to me..I certainly would be jacked if I had big $$ on deposit with them. Just curious if anyone else is going through this now (or if they are just selecting me for some unknown reason).

Busted for what..continued losing ?? Thats about all I've managed to do there..If I'm committing fraud, I'm at least making it worth my while. I would be the dumbest con around spending hours figuring out a way to defraud that book of what amounts to basically pennies to them.

What was the questionable deposit method, if I may ask? I have an account there with a zero balance which I plan to reload soon. Thanks.

ewallet express..still listed on their website as valid though. The deposit in question would have been made in September/October so not recent.

If there is any problems with the posting of the deposit method, feel free to edit this out mods.

It's bullshit. All it meant was walletexpress was unable to get the money from your bank. Therefore, they cover it by saying you are part of a fraud ring. Happened to me at 5dimes when I used PrimaPin. I used Primapin 1 time for a low amount and they claim I'm part of this fraud ring. Convenient.... Nver use those BS small time deposit options..... 5dimes is cool with it but they suspend your account because ewallet told 5dimes they weren't sending them money on your behalf...

so ewallet is doing a chargeback 7 months post transaction ?? That just doesnt sound right. I think this one is all on 5dimes.

Its not a big deal to me, if they want to pull this over such a small amount then I will be happy to post my experience as a cautionary tale to others.

Clearly they are not a scam book or anything on the order of lazerwager or other similar deposit only books, but pulling this and taking a week to clear it up is not good business in my opinion.

This is from a deposit from 7 months ago??? Ohh, I have no idea then. Mine was only a couple days after the deposit.

I've been doing those $300 deposits with them also because of the convenience, but now I am wondering if it's worth it. Thanks for bringing this to light, I will be careful with that method.
