It is my opinion that if Betus can provide documented proof that this guy did 3 or more chargebacks at any sportsbooks that he should not be paid a cent.
1 charge back could be warranted - problem with a book not paying, etc.
2 charges backs, maybe he had another problem.
If he has a string of chargebacks, he is simply out to rip off the industry. If that is the case, I think Betus should pay the guys chargebacks back to the other books out of the 18.3k.
If Betus does pay him, they should work with his credit card companies to report him to his local district attorney. Gambling or not, chargebacks without cause are credit card fraud and could land him in a heap of shit.

IF you missed an alimony payment or a parking ticket, it is unrelated.
I have no idea if you routinely charge back books, but if you do, the entire booking community should not pay you a cent.
As an example - if you went and lost $100k marker to the Wynn and did not pay and then you show up at the Bellagio to play, Nevada will arrest you.
I see no difference in books stiffing you if you have done it routinely to books.
Now of course, I have no idea whether or not that you have, but you don't seem to deny it.

one more time to reiterate...i am in good standing with every book out there including Ultimate and Bodog...BETus and the shrink are trying to focus ur attention away from the fact that they stiffed a player...dont let them do that...they will come up with anything not to pay...i deposited 1000 dollars april 10th and lost, i came back april 18th and deposited again...they could of told me that we dont want ur business but they took the bet...it was win-win for them...if i lose they win if i win they stiff me and they win again...

I don't see BetUs saying he did charge backs against them. One book has nothing to do with another. If they took his first $1000 and he lost and then deposited another $1000 and won....pay the man. Suppose he had lost 17,000 before he won this 18k, would it be ok for them to hold up his payment?

That's about all I need to read. There are a ton of shady sportsbooks out there that people need to be protected from, but anyone who justifies a chargeback to a book (stealing money) deserves any and everything that comes to him.

Looking at this as an outsider, you did not sign up at BETUS through EOG. By all rights Ken and this staff would be well within their rights to not get involved at all. It appears he is trying to help just because he is a "good guy" in the offshore industry. Your actions might be testing his resolve with this matter.
As for SBR, it apprears they are unable to pull any strings with BETUS to get this handled as well. So why Ken, in your opinion, is not a "good guy" like the SBR guys just because he hasnt got this handled yet is beyond me. Shrink - You owe this clown nothing. He's treated you like crap through this whole ordeal and scammed someone else. Now the light goes on for him and he realizes that you are the ONLY ONE that can help him and all of a sudden he thanks you.
This Prick should have said at the beginning, "thanks for looking into this". You are under NO obligation to help him since he didn't go through EOG. And you apologizing to him made me want to puke.
