sportsbook.com withdrawals

after using many other sports books in the past ive praised sportsbook.com for being one of the fastest sites at getting payouts other than 5dimes and bet Jamaica. usually i request a payout and the next day it is processed about 3 bus days later i get a tracking number and UPS delivers it. takes about 7-10 days in all which is pretty fats for the industry. my first withdrawal request was $600 it was processed next day , my 2nd request a few weeks later was for $1740 and that was processed after 4 days, but took my 3 days to verify my new address and once that was verified it was processed next day so i still count that as 1 day. now last Friday may 9th i requested two pay outs of $1750 each since the max by courier is $2500. its been 4 days now and neither has been processed so it gets me kinda worried because it happened so fast in the past. has anyone encountered problems in the past. im not too worried cause just last month i received payouts pretty speedy but i never requested 2 payouts simultaneously dunno if this is causing delays.

any comments or recent payments would be appreciated

Re: sportsbook.com withdrawals

Sportsbook.com user here.

Requested a payout on 4/27/08. They sent me an e-mail on 5/5 telling me that my check had been processed on 5/4 and that tracking info would be available at the courier's site in 3-5 business days. The fifth business day was 5/9 and today is 5/13 and still no tracking info. I will say this, Sportsbook used to be a lot faster than this at sending a payout request. Stay tuned; we will see what happens.

Re: sportsbook.com withdrawals

I can vouch for the withdrawl system being down. Just tried to access my withdrawl data to see if there had been any changes overnight as to the status of my payment request. Received the following message: "Could not retrieve customer withdrawal data." IE: Which properly translated means Shit-out-of-luck. Yet these scumbags continue to cold call and offer these incentives to try and sign people up to their offshore book. As far as I'm concerned, Sportsbook's credibility has gone to Hell in a handbasket. If someone is looking to open up an off-shore account, make damn sure that you cross these sorry SOB's (Sportsbook.com) off of your list.

Re: sportsbook.com withdrawals

well today there withdrawal tracking is back up and the intelligent CS rep told me " it appears your 2 pending withdrawals are in the process of being processed" and i basically tell him how did you come to that. hes like well usually under method used it says n/a and it now says " in process" so it means something has been done to it. so i guess i should be happy?

Re: sportsbook.com withdrawals

I would not get too happy with that lame ass response. Two other Sportsbook customers that work in my company are having the same problem. Both of these guys submitted a payment request right after the NCAA final game and neither have been paid. We are getting the same DAMN INFO WHEN IT COMES TO STATUS: IT's BEING PROCESSED. To which I say, B-U-L-L S-H-I-T. And to take this one step further, we all have been issued a check ID#, for what that's worth.

still waiting since march 31st...they keep telling me the same B.S. everyday to be patient and their processor is slow...i think 2 months is a little bit outragous to get paid..i think they will lose alot of good customers over this...and for the ppl that did get checks count urself very lucky

Re: sportsbook.com withdrawals

well at least on the withdrawals history link it now shows the payment sent amount instead of N/A and it says method n process and its filled in a few more areas, which tells me that hey, maybe they are actually doing

Re: sportsbook.com withdrawals

All we can do now is wait and see what next week brings with these jackasses. I opened up a new account at Bet Jamaica to go along with the one I have at Bookmaker. After this fiasco, I will not put another stinking dime towards anything that Sportsbook.com has to offer.

Re: sportsbook.com withdrawals

no the tracking number is usually given a few days after processing, so i ahvent got one yet. if you got a tracking number it means your money is no longer in sprtsbooks hands its with UPS or DHL so you should be receiving your check within 3 days if u got ups or 20 days if u got dhl.

You call waiting for your money for over two months acceptable? You can also kiss where the sun doesn't shine, and I'm not talking about the back of my elbow or the bottom of my foot.

Re: sportsbook.com withdrawals

so its unacceptable for us to psot about the status of our withdrawals but its acceptable for people to respond back with 1 or 2 words and the next person saying " welcome , im sure youll get some answers soon"

I'll bet if Hitman's money was two months in the lurch that he would be crowing from the highest mountain top for everyone to hear. To me, this thread is the equivalent of a bitch session against Sportsbook for taking for freaking forever to be square with their customers concerning payoffs. As far as I'm concerned, I don't give a royal quack who I might offend by dragging Sportsbook's sorry ass into the mud.

Re: sportsbook.com withdrawals

juts got this from there CS today

I am pleased to inform you that your withdrawal for $2,500.00 was sent for processing on 05-16 as a check via courier to the address that we have on file. Due to the increased amount of checks being sent via courier as a result in the changes to our withdrawal methods and policy, the current estimated delivery time is between 10 and 15 business days. For the same reason, the tracking numbers for these checks are not made available to us immediately. If after 15 business days you have not received your check, please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number.
Thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we endeavor to minimize withdrawal delivery times and please remember that we are working hard to bring you new payment methods which we hope will be available shortly.
