a decent new laptop can be had for around 800.00

have a contest where participants must postup 400.00 at say WSEX (or a book with same rep) winner wins the laptop

have to pick side & total each game , tie breaker , how many gms will series last or something like that

Are you meaning you only have to post up at the book to play at & the book awards the winners the laptop by purchasing it, or that the funds the players put forth will go towards the prize?

i think hes means is, a player will post up at the book, and only a player who posts up will be entered into the contest and eog will purchase the laptop and send to the winner.. and the 400 bucks is thiers to play with... thats my guess on what he is saying

francis, thats a little short notice to get guys to p ut up that kind of money with the offshore the way it is now.....

guys cant just whip it over with neteller like they used to....usually need to have at least a couple weeks, for guys to plan and get funds there....

However, i will defer, if you get several more in this thread who say they would pay to paly for a laptop, i will make it happen......

But we need to know we have plenty of participants before we get a big book to do it.....dont want to waste a contest shot with them, by setting this up, and only 2-3 guys get in......makes it harder when foots gets here and we have bigger plans..

the former :smokesmal but seriously , if a book can get say 20 new 400 deposits then maybe its worth it , work on it :cool:

Hell a DAMN GOOD laptop can be had for around $550 at Best Buy. Who needs to spend $800??


I am game to send $400 to betjamaica for example. No need to spend more than $550 for a laptop if I win. I dont need my laptop for porn pics and videos

I actually bought the laptop that I am using right now at Best Buy for $499 brand new Compaq and I got a DAMN GOOD printer for free as well.

That is the best printer/copier that I have ever owned and it was free

How about a $250 postup for this laptop at best buy. He may get a few more takers at $250. This computer is MORE THAN enough for 90% of us here. It isnt enough for TEXANSFAN since he wont be able to access his kiddie porn very well on this computer

I spoke with Scotty from Bet Jamaica today & he has some new ideas he wants to go forward with. As bucs said if we get enough interest on post ups I feel confident in saying that there's a good chance we could reach some agreement with Scotty & Bet Jamaica.....

guys, you are just assuming that Shrink is going to buy a laptop to give away.....

if you want to post up your money, in a prize pool, thats different....just sending in money to a book to play with, isnt gonna get a laptop as a prize......we are preparing for our football contests, and will have post up contests for different amounts and styles.....

Now if u want to say that at 250.00, u have to get at least 10 guys in, and 50.00 goes to the prize fund, and you have the other 200 to play with, then that would offset the cost of the laptop.....thats different
