Mad? Amused is accurate. SBR believes is building content not paying actors and promoting the SBG's. Its a different model.
Raiders and others in the Guild said SBR was going down, and EOG going up, back in early Feb. Want to see the chart? SBR increased its lead. There is a lot more to this than paying actors to look busy. At the end of the day you have to provide content for posters and produce for sponsors. If you dont, as the say in forum show biz, it will be curtains time.

John is as cool as can be. unlike others in this thread, ive met the man. he treated me like family, but at the end of the day i had wanted to be where a site didn't mind my name being 'affiliated' with it. Well thank you, it just seems that Ken has decided that he can 'trust' me and that means a lot to me. He has known me longer than anyone so thats probably the difference. I like to be able to help the guys and have a known connection to the site. SBR didn't want that unless i changed and thats ok. Everyone does things differently.
You are one of the best guys ive had the chance to meet...actually, there isnt a person i met that i could say anything bad about. I was treated well, but my personality doesn't seem to fit the SBR model for a position with any say-so. Thats ok.

Ironically, if you took out all of the posts on SBR and EOG about the other, traffic would be way down at both.

A lot of solid posters have moved over here recently and things seem to be on the up swing for sure over here. I wouldnt say its all because of Mofome and im not taking a shot at him just stating that its more than just those 2. I like what the Shrink is doing right now

Paid posters are not worth the drama that most of them bring. Show me just a few guys that are paid here that is worth a fuck in the CAPPING. Just a few. What's mo record ytd in bases? What is any of these guys records.
I like it here besides the non capping bullshit. Can't stand threads about "whose tits", "rate her, blah blah blah.". Thats what a "Arts and Entertainment" forum is for. Not the "Online sportsbooks and Gambling Discusssion" forum.
So while their was no trade, all SBR lost was, some posters that posted often but didn't post any real handicapping information. Not a terrible loss. John is right in that these forums have to produce for their sponsors. If they are paying a flat fee for advertisements then they need to see some return. If sponsors are only offering some great % on losses of the bettors they bring in, then the forum can do as they wish, but these new posters(bullshitters) won't bring em' to the deposit window.
What EOG needs to do, if they want to be a "handicapping/offshore gambling" portal is bring in some of the top tier cappers, not bullshitters who can sit behind a computer all day to post bullshit.
** The above is just a opinion from someone who has been around a little bit. No matter the bullshitters, or the cappers, I'll stick around to provide some good picks and provide for some people that need to tail in the slow season. Not here to run the show, just create it.Take care.
