As a former amateur magician, one who still dabbles in magic as a hobby from time to time, the Munchkin Man thanks you for sharing that trick and rates it as excellent!
Back in 1988, the Munchkin Man invented an original magic effect and had it published in a national magic magazine.
But it was not as good as this.

The Munchkin Man can't tell how and when he gets that quarter from his mouth to underneath what the Munchkin Man is guessing is that fake layer of skin on his arm.

Nope, I can't figute this one out either. A couple of things for sure: he doesn't eat/swallow the quarter, it isn't under his real skin and he doesn't cut his real arm.

The Munchkin Man agrees with you on all of the above.
The Munchkin Man also suspects that the blood is fake and squirts out from inside the knife is using.
But the "transfer" of the quarter to his arm is still a mystery to the Munchkin Man.
