How about some of you "in the know" sharing which online sports books do transfers with others?

And lets help others out by also naming the specific sports book that will allow the transfer to occur...

For example, the Greek and BetJamaica will transwer with WSEX and Matchbook...

Doesn't the Greek also transfer to Grande,CRIS,5 Dimes, & Skybook?

It would sure reduce the stress on the banking system if more books would cooperate. In addition to that player to player transfers would be a god send. Especially money that was never bonus related.

But, I guess the argument of hoarding post up funds comes into the equation. Actually, postup in general causes incredible stress on the banking issue. If there was not such a thing as postup and everything was done thru agents / credit - the banking sector wouldn't even have their boxers in a bind.

Let's invent some form of clearing house / escrow / bonded agent type of setup in say some domicile like Antigua. (Are there legality issues as far as Antigua is concerned?) There is so much aversion to guaranteeing the money in the industry? Before online gambing will gain respect in the Congress something has to be done to take bookmaking out of the "Street" ages and operate as a totally respectable industry with respect to all financial transactions!

Greek and Betjam do Transfers with WSEX/Matchbook, Pinny, Pig/Legendz that I know of..... I believe they do 5Dimes as well....Minimum of $500

Something to think about , many years ago a large transfer got accepted from a to b then several weeks later b 'unaccepted' the transfer and all bets made on transfer at b were voided , player got screwed.

Good point about the fact that chargebacks can happen if the transferring book does not make the money good. So, when is the money actually good??? Nobody seems to be sure. Beautiful rhubarb with CRIS back in the Day of the Aces Gold foldo - championed by the maestro Reality.

It does show which books seem to trust each other.

that cost me a book I liked. I transferred from Cascade to another book, doubt Lenny paid, afraid to ever go back now.

As a general rule, the more sports books that do transfers with a bookmaker you are considering using, the stronger the likelihood is that this is an ELITE operation...

It's one way to measure and rate a sports book by using their own peers as a baromter...

I disagree. I'd use Greek as the barometer.

All books should actually cease transfers with Bookmaker until they drop their ridiculous fees for transferring out. At this time you can only really transfer into CRIS books, not out ( or you'll pay a ton).

Doug, if you like the book, simply ask them if you are welcome.... If they say you are in the clear, you shoul be.

One thing I don't think has been mentioned here is the minimum to transfer from 5dimes to matchbook is $1000 but you can transfer a minimum of $500 from matchbook to 5dimes. Not sure if this is account specific at 5dimes or the same for everybody.

It's got to be the same for everyone, armyvet. I also don't know why they want to make the maximums so high for transfers sometimes. If I was a book, I'd rather have low amounts transfered out so the rest of it -stays- in my book.

$500 is a fair minimum, you can't let people do $50.

It may be acct specific. For awhile I made too many transfers, Tony got pissed, said I was using them as a Neteller. I get one free a month, then a $15 fee, which is fine.

Your transfers and payout requests are indeed legendary, Doug. How many a month did you have from Mansion back when they were free? 20?

about that, it was free so I'd pull it out almost everyday to rebalance my accounts, exactly as I wanted them. I used a lot of books back then, now just Matchbook and 5D, would only consider about 3-4 others, these days.

I miss Mansion,Pinny, and NT !

That's a good point reload. As long as they provide the service for free I'll deal with it.

Not to talk bad about 5dimes but I referred someone over there a month ago and they told me my withdrawels were more than what I have deposited there so I didn't qualify for the referral bonus. I have been a customer for a few years and just seems like they would want to have loyal customers like myself referring people to draw them more business. I guess that is why they are a successful sportsbook because of these tight guidelines.

Another I didn't mention that I have done successfully a few times is matchbook to the greek and vice versa for $500. These transactions are sometimes accomplished in less than 20 minutes on a good day.

Anything to keep me from leaving the house makes my job easier in this silly hobby we have!

most all books screw you on referral bonuses. I don't even get into that.

I guess it depends on what books your dealing with Doug. The reason I mentioned 5dimes was that has been the only one that has screwed me over because I have taken more money out than put back in. It helps cushion the bankroll if you can run into people with the same passions we do "GAMBLING"
