The deal contains $15 million guaranteed, including a $9 million signing bonus.</TD></TR><TR><TD> </TD></TR><TR><TD class=vaLink>Hamlin, 27, joined Dallas last spring on a relatively cheap one-year deal and capitalized. He had a career-high five picks, 15 breakups, and made his first Pro Bowl. Hamlin plays behind a stingy front seven and mans the deep middle, making him a mediocre pick in tackle-heavy IDP leagues, but this is a good signing for Dallas. The core of their secondary is locked up long term.

Forte remains the heavy favorite to lead the team in touches, and it's unclear if Jones (knee) will be ready for Week 1. After two devastating injuries, Jones should be a role player behind Forte. He's getting paid like one, so it's a terrific low-risk move for Chicago, who wants to run plenty. Training camp reports will be key, but Jones looks like a mid-to-late round RB4/5 pick.

Barnidge has excellent receiving skills and is someone to watch in dynasty leagues. He could develop into Carolina's starter down the road.
