i do think pennington is an improvement over the others on the dolphin roster and he might've been a good fit in kansas city or chicago too.

Yeah, might be stretching it to say Bulger and Cutler. But I proved my point. Take the questionable ones off the list and Miami still has a better starting QB right now than about a dozen other teams in the league
