Browns declared WR Donte' Stallworth, DL Ahtyba Rubin, LB Beau Bell, QB Ken Dorsey, TE Martin Rucker, OT Ryan Tucker, OG Scott Young and SS Sean Jones inactive for Week 2 against the Steelers
Stallworth (quads) missed practice much of the week and the Browns will be lining up the likes of Syndric Steptoe, Steve Sanders and Josh Cribbs opposite Braylon Edwards.

Steelers declare CB Deshea Townsend, RB Gary Russell, LB Bruce Davis, QB Dennis Dixon, WR Limas Sweed, DL Orpheus Roye, OT Tony Hills, OT Trai Essex inactive for Week 2 against the Browns
Bryant McFadden will start for Townsend, who's absence will be felt primarily in nickel coverages. Sweed is inactive for the second straight week.
