what happened with you at that shop. that shop gets zero buzz here at eog despite being a sponsor for quite some time. they dont post, they dont have promos, no contests, nothing but a banner. and nobody ever quotes there lines or anything related to them...what is your story there AK?

I admit BetonStars was a bad one for me, I clearly promoted then on the simple basis they was feeding me $2500 a week to promote them. However You will not find a player that was sent from me that was not bailed out.
On the other hand here is my story regarding these guys.

New Bet911 (SBR rating D-) player complains of stalled payouts
The sportsbook was downgraded to D- earlier this month after two players filed new payout complaints. Bet911 shows signs of trying to survive until it can obtain funds from new players at the start of football season. Like USDbet (SBR rating F), the small sportsbook's marketing efforts were directed to players on posting forums. Bet911 advertisement banners currently promote a 100% bonus.
Player: I currently have over $10000 in my account with them (account xxxxxx same e mail). I have been a customer for several years but this seems to count for nothing. I send e mail requests asking for a breakdown of how and when I will get paid which either remain unanswered or get misdirected within Bet911 (apparently). If they do reply it is never to my question but offering me the 'opportunity' to request a payout. Woi I'm so honoured. Their 'opportunities' have resulted in me receiving only $2000 in the last four months.

The sportsbook has not responded to player an SBR requests for a promised payment of $1,750. A second player reports a 3.5 week $740 slow-pay. Bet911 last responded to SBR and assured payment in March. Bettors are reminded to avoid small unproven sportsbooks that may be attempting to hold on until they can begin collecting deposits from new football bettors. Sportsbooks that focus on U.S. sports are entering the slowest part of the betting year.

In January of 2008 Bet911 agreed to pay a player $1,750 that was confiscated in June of 2007. Both the player and SBR have contacted Bet911 management about the promised payout since. 911 initially blamed the delay on miscommunication regarding which payout method would be used. Recent inquiries have not been returned.
SBR report January 12, 2008: Bet911 management has agreed to pay a player $1,750 originally withheld because the account was one of two that wagered from the same location. The player argued that Bet911 was alerted ahead of time through email that his friend worked with him and was given a referral bonus. The $1,750 is the amount the player won and does not include the bonus which was cancelled. Bet911 states they are under new management and is willing to address all complaints previously submitted to SBR.

The bettor has provided detailed betting odds history from other major sportsbooks showing the price ranging from +650 to +750. Bet911 customer service claims the payout should have been lowered to +500 and therefore is not a valid bet. SBR has asked Bet911 to reconsider the decision as a failure to change odds does not constitute an obvious error or a bad line.

I have made it clear that my lifetime ambition is to screw this book as they have screwed me and was advised of this site by a member of SBR.
I would strongly suggest that you remove your link to this book. I have $10,000 with them. My son also has $8000. I have not received any payment for six months despite numerous requests. Their web site is still up and running so they are still taking wagers. Several days ago I gave them a final warning to pay or I would go to every message board I could find to inform the world of their scam operation. Naturally, I have failed to recieve a reply. Actually, I want more than just the closure of the book. I want the owners to be fined for operating a business without due care and attention.
They wont come on here and reply of course. Whenever I discuss this with the 'accounts' they give me the same toothless answer that the 'processor' isnt dealing with it punctually. They are clearly trying to get away without paying a cent and hoping I will just go away. Well I wont.
Of course, if you keep the link up and I sincerely hope you dont, you will be supporting a seriously fraudulent book.

Not my business decision. I will say this. It is hard to say when a slow pay becomes a no pay. Now, if Bodog is taking 50+ days are the small books allowed this same leeway? Popular opinion says no, due to the fact that the smaller books don't have as many people to pay out. But do they face the same difficulty in processing payouts?
If the owner of this site can't rectify the situation within a matter of a few days, then I'd say take the banner down. When it became apparent that Lazerwager wasn't going to pay RX members it took some time for the banner to finally come down.
Personally, I'd take it down on good faith to my posters. The banner is not paying enough to put people at risk. As a former moderator,owner,contest whore, and average joe poster I'd like to see any slow pay book out there come off the forums. But I know the business side and that doesn't allow for that sometimes as overhead is a cost to cover. If I ran EOG or a forum of this size, I'd reduce the number of moderators and paid posters to help combat the overhead. But I don't run this place and Ken and company do a fine job in doing what they do.

I am happy to report that Bet911 have at last responded to my e mails. (maybe also to some of the posts I have been littering about the internet too). I have been notified of a moneybookers payment of $1000 to me and another to my son. It's not the whole lot, it hasnt hit my account yet, but it is a start at least.
As far as I am aware, no forum site owner has helped personally but something has kick-started Bet911 back into a payment mode.
I am happy to report that Bet911 have at last responded to my e mails. (maybe also to some of the posts I have been littering about the internet too). I have been notified of a moneybookers payment of $1000 to me and another to my son. It's not the whole lot, it hasnt hit my account yet, but it is a start at least.

Pretty simple, they have moneybookers they could only send him less then 10% of this balance months later. I would say its safe to say there broke

Are they paying AT ALL? Yes. Slow pay not a NO pay. Are they broke? You nor I know that. Is Bodog broke? I hope not, but 55+ days makes people wonder. Thats' right, Bodog is the only book. WTF are you fucking serious? When Calvin retired, his book went to slow pay mode. But your not smart enough to know that one of the biggest books in the world isn't paying due to "other" problems beside any small incursion by a foreign goverment.

The money hasnt materialised in my moneybookers account yet......moneybookers tell me that transfers should be instantaneous so..I'm in another discussion with Bet911 today to find out why they didnt send it. sigh
