I would guess that I've had maybe 12 withdrawals over the same time period, all of which were down in probably 1-2 HOURS.
What's your point?
They still apparently suck lately getting halftimes lines out. They still dragged their feet in telling me when the w/d method would be back online. They still were unreachable for a lot of the morning while I tried to get in an early play. Their site has been on again off again (or at least very slow) much of the past two days.
I never argued that this place isnt still the best. I just think lately they have slipped a bit in the CS department. Too bad Scotty cant be everywhere at once, huh?
I will attempt a w/d tomorrow. I am hoping for better results. They told me it will be fixed by then - again. We will see.
Stop giving me a firm timeframe if you dont have one. Thats all I ask.

More bad news when I tried to w/d today.
Card still not working. Western Union already maxed out for the day. Too late for a fed-ex check (as of 3 minutes ago). That only leaves moneygram - and they have capped that at $500 for the day (available only for the next hour).

On the bright side, they were very nice and helpful, so I actually feel better today than I did the past few days.

OK, really. What am I supposed to do here? I am looking for a payout of approximately 2K from BetJamaica.
Since the card has been down since Friday and there is no end in sight to those problems, I am left with few options.
I can get a moneygram for a max of $450 today. If I do that, I won't be able to do moneygram for another 7 days.
I can get a westernunion (starting tomorrow - and only if I wake up at 6AM and call right when they open), again with a max of $450 and only once in 7 days.
They can send me a check overnight, but my bank doesn't look real fondly on cashier checks from Jamaica banks and not only does that raise red flags for my account, but they will put a hold on the check for a couple weeks until it is available.

Well, I bit the bullet and did both a WU and a MG today. When I called and asked for Shayla, she was very accomodating. She said a few WU slots had opened up, so that saves me a 6AM wake-up call at least.
I still ended up paying over $100 to get $900, which is utterly ridiculous to me. As to the rest, well, I guess I have to wait 7 days or hope the card gets fixed before then. The CS has been a ton better this morning, but I am still left with the thought that I will be done with offshore for a while...
...after I win that $100 back tonight.

I call to ask about the 2nd half lines from the last two nights and am told the lines were posted the entire time as the CS Rep quotes the lines to me. I then spoke to Shayla and she is now looking into it. I asked her to see how much volume they did on these 2nd half lines that were posted for 15 seconds. Shayla is fantastic! I was also told that Scotty is out of the office for a few days. I don't think it is a coincidence that they are having these problems when he is away.

Good luck ACES FULL- I just logged in at BET-JAM no problem-also asked MARGARET-CS REP. a question reguarding a future wager of mine-asked her to question their consultant as to how a future wager on W.Virg. would be handled if BIG EAST ENDS IN A TIE-REFUND-and I was told by several sites differently. Also her followup e-mail took all of 3 minutes. Also wagered at halftime last night-the lines are not up long -- but they were up for me-KENTUCKY- STANDFORD- for myself. Sorry to hear about the card--these are very tuff times with transactions-hope things go better for you this coming week-

aces i know its frustrating your favorite option is not available and it sucks but just some friendly advice paying those fees to get money out of a book will kill you long term.
take the free check and deposit into the bank yes it might be a little hold or maybe not you never really know until you deposit it and see what happens. all i know is you dont hear to much about betjam checks not being good on any of the forums?

I can understand the one payout method being down. That has been an on-and-off again issue for the past year.
But now they are being VERY restrictive of how many WU and MG's they can send out per day, AND even more restrictive of how much $$ you can request per WU or MG payout?
I'm in the same boat. REALLY do not want to get involved in depositing checks from an offshore book into my bank account. So now if I want to request $2,000, I'll have to do so in four "installments" and each one will be VERY pricey.

Just to answer that question. Arizona law restricts western union and moneygram to $450 per transaction. I have been declined a moneygram in the past from a friend that was over $450. It is just an AZ thing.
The first CS told me they could send a limit of $500. Im not sure if that was self-imposed or if they knew about the AZ limit. I dont think I told her where I was from beforehand, so I think that was a "soft" limit. I say "soft", because when I spoke with Shayla, she did offer to send me up to $2000 by moneygram, but she knew about the limits of $450 and said it was unlikely to be able to picked up. I called MG directly beforehand to verify the limits.
As for the number of WU slots, I think that is the same restriction youll find with all books. I just dont think it comes into play often. With the card down, it may be that more people choose those methods than normally might.

It has been YEARS!! since I requested a paper check from a sportsbook. Just don't like the idea. Where are the checks issued from?

No one in this entire thread thinks that they wont get paid. Scotty is the best. Many, including me, have said that over and over. Im certain that when he gets back from Panama it will be addressed.
As for the Jamaican check, I am only relaying what I was told BY THEM. Maybe you didn't w/d enough to have the check drawn on a local bank like I was told. They said it would come from a Canadian bank if under a certain amount. And no, I havent used a check before or at least in a long, long time. I do, however, know my bank. If it is from a local Jamaican bank, they will hold it. Period.
I am not making ANY allegations. This is a fact that the halftime lines were up for less than 15 seconds last night. And a fact they were up for less than 30 seconds teh night before. And a fact that I paid $100 to get $900 out. And a fact that I was told call back in a few hours and things will be fixed (more than once). And a fact that when I called this morning, it was already too late to get a check.
