mental competence on the part of these nfl and ncaa football coaches. what the colts just did was about as laughably stupid as possible. The only thing that would have been a bit dumber would have been to punt from the jags 13 on 3rd and 1. Even still, The difference b/w punting and what they actually did is marginal.
