Id volunteer time grading. It suits my anal personality and I atually enjoy the tediousness of it.
As for babysitting these clowns in here, I'm not saying I wouldnt take a paying mod job, but I'd have to be paid more than anyone is surely willing to pay.

By definition, mods have a different role here than posters--which is as it should be. A mod who took delight in causing uproar, fanning the flames of conflict, and just generally trying to sow civil insurrection, unrest and mass confusion would not be acting in the best interest of the forum--since he is a representative of that forum. For example, of course. . .
