For Christmas I recieved a cool little breathalyzer that detects your blood alcohol level. We've played with it from time to time and it appears to be pretty accurate. Lets see how it goes tonight.

I breathed into it before I started drinking and blew a 0.00 %BAC

1 beer down (Pacifico)

current %BAC = 0.01

Next up: Pacifico #2

I dont know if you have the same kind as I do, but the hard part for me about the one I have is that I can not eat, smoke or drink anything at all for 10 minutes before blowing into the breathalyzer. Otherwise it can damage the little sensors that are on the inside of the machine. Thats a long-ass-damn-ten-minutes.

The first vodka and red bull has been consumed. I will check back in, in a few minutes with the results of the BAC test. Mind you, I do not make my mixed drinks small. They are made in large plastic cups that I have acquired from the race track. Yes, I brought those cups home with me. I am cheap like that.

OK, actually, I brought them home with me because I like these cups a lot. They are the perfect size and easy to use for my mixed drinks.

Anyway, if my BAC is not AT LEAST .08 then I call BULLSHIT on this breathalyzer and I will never use it again. I know for a fact that I should not be behind the wheel of a car, and the BAC limit in California is 0.08.

For the record, I am feeling a bit drunk.

0.08 or bust!
