Screw that. Booze is bad for your liver, sun is bad for your skin, good food is bad for your heart, running is bad for your knees, etc, etc, etc.

At some point I think you have to figure out where you stand in the spectrum between saying fuck it and living life to it's fullest & being a worry wart who wastes their life not doing anything enjoyable because of the fear that it's supposedly bad for them.

Live it up-half this crap they have people trained to fear ends up being bullshit anyhow.

Your certainly not the only one Ken. There are a few of us around that can't "handle it". It really just handles me if I let it. But the good thing is today I have a choice and today I choose not to drink and it's been a great day again.
