i am not convinced even one iota that this blonde whore groupie did not have a plan to falsely accuse kobe and get paid, the bitch went into his room at 2 am, she knew what he wanted, she knew the law would be slanted in her favor as a woman, and she got paid

I did not read the whole post, but I do agree with this. If I had to guess I'd say she was just a whore that wanted to fuck Kobe and saw a chance to make some easy cash afterward. Maybe he did rape her, I don't know. I highly doubt it though because Kobe can really get any girl he wants, so why would he need to rape anyone?
I would bet that him or his attorneys did pay her off though just to get the whole thing out of the spotlight. If it goes to trial the whole thing just becomes a mess for his family and his reputation.

There are too many people out there that abuse the criminal justice system by playing the victim card, when in that particular case, it was Kobe himself that ended up being the victim. Same as those Duke Lacross boys. Maybe if these "victims" would stop making up shit and ruining people's lives by crying "rape" whenever some dude fucks them over, this shit wouldn't happen.
