Lions up against it now, slumping at worst time. Used up Ace Roberts Friday as well. Lee pitched a good enough game to win. Friggin' no hitting freshman shortstop from Palmdale left 7 on base. Zags could have walked the whole lineup to get him.
Oh well, we are used to not qualifying for the postseason at LMU so this would have been a pleasant surprise.

Songco and co. better wake up the bats. Looks like back to back frosh hurlers with Gillingham Sat. and Carreon Sun. Carreon has the better stuff but they are going to need to outslug the Zags if any hope.

WCC a great post season fade with Sandiego being very overrated last 3 years.
Just got back from Blair field. We went under 11 there tonight, see my blog at RTP. I was running sprints with the Cal Poly pitchers between innings, they loved it.

Big game tonight Kansas State at Kansas --tonights game in Lawrence. Both teams having a great season. The friday starter for K-State is an absolute stud. Should be about a pick em but The Greek has it shaded towards Kansas-- I think nibbling on Kansas State +140 or so is worth a gander.
