I am sick and tired of people "Guaranteeing" something but then not saying what they will do if they fail to live up their "Guarantee"

You are "Guaranteeing" a profitable season - so what will you do if you do NOT?

Without a "penalty" for failing to live up to your "Guarantee" your "Guarantee" is WORTHLESS
