Who feels comfortable knowing Phoenix owns the site if they have a dispute?

You all really feel Blondie or Hoffa would be able to go to bat for you?

When someone is a sponsor it is different as they can always pull the banner.

Owning the joint? You think Hof,Blondie,Kelly, etc really would fight on your behalf with thier jobs on the line

Bail on Phoenix before you get fucked:cocktail

Maybe Daddy but you honestly feel if thier was a dispute Blondie could go to bat for you if she is talking to her boss instead of some random book that happens to be a sponsor.

No way

having a book as one of the main owners here could be a good thing. might make it a lot easier to get a bailout...

Re: Who feels comfortable knowing Phoenix owns the site if they have a dispute?

BP is already having tons of slow pays complaints lately.

BIG Daddy is a broke shill. He has no money so I know he doesn't play there. I will gladly post the PMs asking me for money if he denies it.

None of the staff here could ever handle a dispute.

BP owning 51% of this place is laughable. We all knew deep down when Kenny moved the servers down to CR and had them hosted at BP something shady was up. Couple that with Kinger licking their balls and shilling whenever possible.

TTP if you have a legit dispute and EOG wont give you a fair shake go to SBR

i see no reason that a legit dispute could not get handled correctly.

i guess Daddy but my belief is if Phoenix starts running into problems down the road for any reason there is 0 chance you will hear a peep out of anyone at the site to help the players.

Btw, anybody hoping EOG suffers because of all this is retarded. The more thriving forums the better.

Just like it's good to have about 5-10 A+ offshore sportsbooks, it's good to have 5 or so good sports forums to help name those A+ books, keep them in check, and allow people to talk about their strengths and weaknesses.

TTP most posters post at more than one place

if BP is hurting someone will inform this site i'm sure.

The mods here would go to bat as well as they could.

If they can't do the trick, try wilheim at therx.

If he doesn't do the trick, head to SBR.

If that doesn't work, see what Covers can do.

I'm not worried about Phoenix though. Those high rollover requirements are a smart business decision keeping their asses from getting burned.

Right on the money. Why a player would root for a forum to do badly is beyond me. We need all we can get. More watchdogs, more contests, more money, more information and so on....

TTP does have a point about a potential conflict of interest. I wouldn't want an employee mediating a dispute I have with BP if they own the place. Probably a good chance they are going to side with the people that sign their check over me. That said if you do run into a dispute with BP you take it to SBR or another forum that they do not own, I don't think it's a big deal in itself.

well said and i agree its better to take it to another forum if you do have a dispute with BP but i also think if you do have a legit dispute you will have no problem getting it resolved with the BP group of books.
