I think BTJ is a customer Betjam wants. BJ could probably answer his queries over the phone, though...on Monday.

I don't know how BJ expects BTJ to properly deposit for the full bonus ?

Jim is old school. He has two book options left offshore, and few methods to fund them left.

I don't see him transferring money in, and that might not even get a bonus ?

I don't think he does wires, does that get a bonus ?

How is he supposed to get the bonus ?

Guys that deposit a dime into a book, and often lose it in a few days are good customers, even if they sometimes win and are a PIA with demands for checks when the dime sometimes becomes 3 dimes.

Jim isn't small time, bets 500-1000. Books pay to get customers of that size. He isn't big time either.
