Sundays' NFL Games That Actually Determine Something?

I know the Dallas at NYG game determines an advancement to the playoffs.

Are there any OTHER games which (single handedly) determine a team's future either getting a bye or clinching something of importance; such as Home field or a bye.
By single handedly games; I am only referring to what happens in a particular game itself, not what happens in two different games. Hope that makes some sense.

New england clinches home field with a win

baltimore clinches a first round bye with a win (loss could put them as a wildcard team instead)

san fran clinches first round bye with a win

cinci clinches playoffs with a win

denver clinches division with a win

tenn/jets/oakland all have a shot at the playoffs still with wins and help

new orleans still has a shot at first round bye with win and sf loss

pitt can still have a first round bye with win and balt loss

most games mean something. heck even indy/jax means something, but for another reason

Baltimore plays Cinny.. That's almost as good as actual playoff game. In Cinny's case it is. Hope that's on tv.

NBC (Sunday night football) REALLY got lucky with their game!

They can hand pick games late in season.

A reminder to all to not confuss a "Must Win" with a "Win for better position"

All 10pt teasers will have SF -1/2 because they "only have to win" and it's a "must win" to get a bye.

In Baltimore's case it is a must win.

They have been playing playoff games on the road now for ever. To go from a 1st round bye and then playing at home. And after that the worst thing for them would be playing the AFC championship game in New England where they will not be intimidated at all.

If they lose to Cinn they will most probably be playing the next week on the road in a wild card game. If that happens their season just went from REAL super bowl contenders to a long shot.

I would say that this game is a must win for the Ravens

Don't disagree with your play, but they really do 'need' this win to have any shot in the playoffs, imo.
