It's just part of the act. For years, Madonna has worn a leather jacket in her concerts, where, at the end of the song, she turns around strutting away with "Fuck You" written on the back of the jacket. It's totally contrived to rally all the inebriated kid fans into thinking they are true rebels.

This young Superbowl negresse, MIA, is copping the same idea. She wants to shock. Well, maybe forty years ago, it worked. You can walk through the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas tomorrow and see the photographs of '60's musicians shooting the finger.

It ain't new.

I'd never heard of MIA (Made In Africa?) before Sunday.

She's British, so I guess, if she's booked for the SB, she'd be in the running for a World Cup gig.

I had heard of her before and i guess shes decent cause the girls that were at the sb party i was at got really excited for her and nicki manaj.
