?This is an outrage, an absolute outrage,? Attorney Orly Taitz told a radio audience in Western New York.

She believes Judge Michael Malihi, a Clinton era appointee, is from Iran which could have a bearing if he is steeped in Sharia Law. When he brought down a favorable decision for Obama?s appearing on state ballots, Taitz sent by overnight courier a 23 page appeal to Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp pleading with him to ignore the judge?s advisory decision ? to no avail.

Kemp rubber stamped the Malihi decision, and now the appeal process begins in earnest. Plaintiff attorney J. Mark Hatfield will escalate this case to the appellate level immediately. With emergency appeals well in place before Georgia?s March 6 Super Tuesday, Hatfield told World Net Daily: ?I will be filing that on behalf of Carl Swensson and Kevin Richard Powell just as soon as I can get it drafted!?

Taitz told her listeners: ?It was abundantly clear. .that Judge Malihi was under an outside pressure to rush the case.? Her appeal contains these three key procedural points: Malihi refused to allow her to properly present her opening statement; he rushed plaintiff witnesses; he would allow only the Natural Born Citizen argument.

But what Malihi did was unprecedented because he based his decision on the Arkeny [sic] v. Daniels case out of Indiana which was NEVER cited by the defense! ?A presiding judge cannot suddenly pull out of a hat some case,? Taitz fumed.

Trying to follow up on the Malihi Iranian angle proved very frustrating. Another blogger trying to trace Judge Michael Malihi?s background found virtually NO information on him, although other judicial search subjects presented much biographical data. She was able to find names of Malihi?s relatives, namely Mehdi Malihi, Masoud M. Malihi, Malie S. Malihi, Mahzad Malihi, and Lia E. Malihi. The street address given for his Westport, CT estate appears to list a house number higher than official records enumerate, so this is just another facet of the Georgia mystery judge.

The Taitz presentation revealed that our current president?s name on his mother?s passport was SOEBARKAH, yet in his Indonesian school records his last name is Soetoro! She said on appeal: ?Obama never presented admissible competent evidence showing Obama to be born in this country, yet the judge considered Obama to be born here.?

She, also, appealed for consideration the fact that there is ?no valid Social Security number, and that the E verify test failed? for the number commonly given. But in spite of his verdict, the judge for the first time allowed evidence pertaining to the challenge of Barack Obama?s eligibility to run for U.S. President to be admitted into open court, thus paving the way for the appeals process. Obama?s Malihi victory may be a Pyrrhic one indeed!

Officials with Grassfire Nation, a key coordinating group for tea-party-type activities and issues, say the Department of Justice’s investigation of Maricopa, Ariz., County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is nothing more than a political attack.

And to offer encouragement to the sheriff, Darla Dawald, representing the Grassfire Nation group, has presented Arpaio with a petition of some 100,000 signatures from people who have declared their support for the law-enforcement officer.

Grassfire Nation supports the Patriot Action Network, which calls itself the “nation’s largest conservative social action network, involving tens of thousands of citizens,” including many tea party members.

The petition demands DOJ prove its accusations that Arpaio’s office has engaged in a policy to systematically violate the civil rights of Hispanics, which WND has reported DOJ refuses to do.

The petition claims the DOJ investigation is nothing more than a baseless, politically motivated attack on Arpaio.

“Citizens belonging to this grass roots movement who called themselves ‘Grassroots Nation’ have followed the situation and say they feel the federal government has orchestrated an attack on the Sheriff for Obama’s political gain, who hopes to ingratiate himself to the Hispanic American voting block,” the petition read.

The petition’s “Statement of Support” says:

“As a Citizen of the United States, I am declaring my support for Sheriff Joe Arpaio, the sheriff’s lawful practices in prosecuting criminal and his unflinching stand in handling the illegal immigration crisis in his home state of Arizona. I demand that the U.S. Department of Justice release any evidence involving the allegations against Sheriff Joe and his department’s practices. If proven unfounded, I demand an immediate end to the politically motivated witch-hunt against the sheriff and his department, and a public apology from Attorney General Holder.”

At the time, Arpaio noted that not only does he enforce the law, he also has his Cold Case Posse investigating Barack Obama’s birth certificate and eligibility.

Arpaio has scheduled a news conference March 1 in Phoenix to release the findings of the Cold Case Posse that has been investigating Obama’s eligibility.

Arpaio’s decision to investigate Obama follows a meeting held in his office Aug. 17, 2011, with tea party representatives from Surprise, Ariz., who presented a petition signed by more than 250 Maricopa County residents.

The petitioners expressed concern that their voting rights could be irreparably compromised if Obama uses a forged birth certificate to be placed on the 2012 presidential ballot in Arizona or otherwise is found to be ineligible.

WND previously reported that the tea party letter formally stated the following charge: “The Surprise Tea Party is concerned that no law enforcement agency or other duly constituted government agency has conducted an investigation into the Obama birth certificate to determine if it is in fact an authentic copy of 1961 birth records on file for Barack Obama at the Hawaii Department of Health in Honolulu, or whether it, or they are forgeries.”

The posse, constituted under the authority of Arpaio’s office, consists of three former law enforcement officers and two retired attorneys with law enforcement experience. It has been examining evidence since September concerning Obama’s eligibility to be president under Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution.

The Cold Case Posse conducting the investigation has been described as a “posse within the posse,” consisting of volunteers with professional experience in conducting investigations. It includes individuals chosen because of their professional backgrounds in law enforcement, lawyers who have participated in criminal or civil cases and individuals with specialized skills in fields ranging from accounting to conducting criminal forensic examination.

The posse was constituted as a 501(c)3 organization, designed to cost the people of Maricopa County nothing, while enabling people from around the country to contribute to its mission.

In total, more than 3,000 volunteers participate in Arpaio’s posse program. The power to constitute posses is authorized to Arizona sheriffs under the state constitution.

Regarding the Department of Justice Investigation, Arpaio has told WND the issue raised by the DOJ is the sheriff’s office treatment of Hispanics. The DOJ alleges there are systematic violations of Hispanics’ federal civil rights.

However, Arpaio’s repeated requests for documentation have not generated a response.

Arpaio told Dewald that he is just doing his job.

“I serve the four million people who live in this county,” he said.

Dewald said the signatures actually represent voices of Americans “who have made a commitment to stand with Sheriff Joe and his policies to protect this great state and the nation.”

Arpaio has contended that a 22-page complaint the DOJ released Dec. 15 is nothing more than anecdotal and did not prove systematic sheriff’s department policies aimed at depriving Hispanics of their civil rights.

Nor was Arpaio concerned that the DOJ might take him and his sheriff’s office to federal court immediately, as it has threatened.

“If the Justice Department wants to take me to court, I’m ready,” Arpaio said at the time.

The sheriff said that if the DOJ “wants to debate the facts instead of fixing the problems stated in our findings, we will do so by way of litigation.”

Why we need to legally remove Obama

As it stands today, it's now as clear as the noses on our faces! The likelihood is that Barack Hussein Obama will win the next presidential election, unless a miracle happens. There are a number of reasons for this.

First, Obama and his leftist comrades, both in and outside of the Democratic National Committee, have amassed a huge fundraising war chest of over a billion dollars. This money will be spent during the upcoming presidential campaign and dwarfs by far the monies that can be raised by any Republican candidate, given that they have already spent handsomely during the primary campaign. Unfortunately, as the old adage goes, "Money talks and nobody walks."

Second, credible rumors abound that Hillary Clinton will replace Joe Biden as Obama's vice-presidential running mate. This makes perfect sense. No only is Ms. Hillary ruthless to the core and would do any bidding to put herself in the No. 2 seat, but so too would her equally felonious hubby, Bill. In this way, he could back door his way into the White House for a second run at the interns, among other "affairs of state."

The sad reality is that most liberals ? particularly the Jewish ones ? continue to lament that Ms. Hillary is not the president, having lost faith in "Hussein," given his latent "black Muslim-like" anti-Semitism and hostility toward them and the state of Israel. While Ms. Hillary is a true criminal ? remember Filegate, Travelgate and over 30 other scandals during the Clinton administration ? the disgusting reality is that she would, given the so-called "rehabilitation" of the Clintons by even the Republican "leadership," be a formidable vice-presidential pick. Peoples' memories are short, regrettably.

In the case of the Republican leadership, it's not their memories that are retarded; they are afraid of her. Over 80 material witnesses died ? including Hillary's last, and I mean last, boyfriend, deceased Clinton Deputy White House Counsel Vince Foster (to be blunt, it now appears that Ms. Hillary prefers only women; see my book "Whores") ? during her last reign of terror, and she and hubby Bill have enough dirt on Republican leaders to make them "friends forever."

Third, there are signs, however feeble, that the economy is "improving." We are at such a low point that any upward tick will be used by Obama and the Dems to pound their chests that Hussein's economic "plan" is finally working.

Fourth, while not likely to be Iran ? which has likely bribed Hussein and Ms. Hillary to avoid military action to remove the regime in Tehran ? the administration will try to create a "wag the dog" scenario, similar to what the Clintons did in the runup to the elections in 1996. A good little international crisis will serve them well in helping to convince voters that "now" is not a good time for change. In effect, Hussein will convert his "schtick" from the "change" candidate of 2008 to the "we cannot afford change" candidate in 2012.

Last but hardly least, however, Obama's and Ms. Hillary's greatest strength is the current Republican presidential candidates themselves. Never before in modern history have we witnessed a bigger bunch of compromised misfits if not halfwits. Whether its personal or financial scandal, or whatever, we all can agree that the crop of candidates for the highest office in the land do not measure up ? however evil their Democratic opponents are.

In just the last few days, the alleged sordid details of Newt Gingrich's personal past, with a happily compliant ex-wife, Marianne, have been used by the leftist media, along with Mitt Romney's financial dealings and clumsy and overly defensive prevarication about releasing and publicly disclosing his tax returns, to promote Obama. While its hard to take hook, line and sinker anything said by a jilted and estranged ex-wife ? indeed, Marianne Gingrich's ABC interview is revolting in its cheapness and hatefulness ? and while there is likely nothing wrong with Mitt's financial dealings ( in fact they undoubtedly will prove that he actually knows something about business and the economy) ? this will be used by Hussein, the Dems and the establishment media (with the exception of Fox News) to damage Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney. And, the third alternative choice, Rick Santorum, simply does not conduct himself with enough gravitas to have voters seriously consider voting for him as president. The reality is that Santorum is also pure establishment ? as his past "big government" voting record in Congress and his "miraculous" enrichment as a lobbyist after he was defeated as Pennsylvania senator underscore.

But worse than all of this, is that the Republican candidates, however compromised, are busy destroying themselves, with their attacks on each other. Each time one of them opens his mouth he helps produce another Obama/Clinton campaign commercial that will be effectively used by Dems during the lead-up to 2012 elections. And, as important, the media-hyped sleaze on any one of the Republican presidential candidates creates such a bad odor that it causes all of them to smell. I think we all can agree that Newt Gingrich's "odor" ? coming on the heels of the Herman Cain fiasco ? is likely to rub off on even Romney or Santorum, and I am not just talking about the gas this grossly overstuffed blowhard must emit periodically.

So we come back to square one again. "We the People" must do everything within our lawful powers to remove Obama and his comrades from office; be that enmeshing them in an impeachable or peaceful civil disobedience that makes even Ghandi proud. Yes, we are in a revolutionary state, and as it stands today, the ballot box is not likely to remove the most disloyal, anti-American, pro-Muslim, anti-Semitic, anti-Christian, socialistic and destructive president in our country's brief history. And, if Hussein is not bad enough, think of the likelihood that he will be joined by the criminal Ms. Hillary and backstage by another felon, her lovely hubby Bill, in "ruling" ? and ultimately in destroying ? our beloved country for another four years! God save the republic!
