Run expectancy charts are changing and I don't even need to consult the data.

Man on third, less than two outs and the success rate this season is 51%.

I assume that's low compared to seasons past.

We see issues in the postseason too.

When teams need to manufacture a run, they have a hard time executing.

In 2017- half of Aaron Judge’s plate appearances, he never put the ball in play. He either struck out or walked. Still managed 114 RBI’s and 128 Runs scored.
