Was wondering why Fauci looked so happy rubbing the shoulders of the Army guy after the press conference today. Trump had ordered 29 million tablets. They all knew something about it.

It's pretty clear Fauci has an agenda, one that does not line up with what's best for the country. They've supposedly been giving somewhere between 1000-1500 new yorkers the drug for 10 days now, why no word how it's going?

There are people in the medical world that don't want to use old and cheap drugs to cure new diseases. Research and Development costs cannot go into the pricing of the drug. Also, drug companies can't sell older drugs at high profit margins.

A "New Drug" pays for research and development costs and allows medical professionals to raise more funding for their new projects.

There is plenty of demand already for it, its a very important drug for the impoverished world where malaria is a real issue. If it gets all bought up by the rich countries then places like India and Africa won't have enough and wait until you hear the backlash about that.

It's extremely expensive to bring a new drug to market. My wife worked at Abbott Labs until about 5 years ago. Back then, it was assumed AT LEAST a billion dollars to bring a new drug to market. There's a reason why their patents are so long.

The should be reporting, Trump has lied about ventilators., Trump has lied about the virus, Trump was 3 months late to the party, Trump has lied about PPE supplies, Trump has lied about testing. The media is afraid to say Trump lied. Why treat Trump like a normal president. His is not.. Just a few days ago the media was reporting that they noticed a change in Trump's tone. The media says on March 25th I think Trump is finally getting it. FYI, Trump has been lying for 3 months and will never change, Shame on the media for censoring themselves. They need to do their job and report the truth. Trump lies about everything.
