Considering he is at Class A and will Throw no more than 60-70 pitches I think the under is feasable, and he may only get 3-4 innings in... depending on his control

Keep in mind that he is basically throwing to a high school all star team with this first assignment. Also remember his son plays for this team so I could see an all out effort. He could be pretty sharp and certainly the umpire will give him anything not swung on.
