The Houston Texans are giving their season tickets holders a few options for how they want to handle the upcoming 2020 season amid COVID-19.
According to KHOU 11, the Texans reached out to season ticket holders on Monday to give them a trio of options for their tickets for this year.
Fans can elect to keep their tickets with the hope of being able to attend games in person this fall. However, because of virus restrictions, they may not have access to their typical seating. The second option is to skip this season’s games with any money previously paid going toward their 2021 tickets instead. Additionally, those fans will also get a 10 percent credit on food, beverage or merchandise at NRG Stadium.
The final option is to ask for a full refund with the money being re-credited to the account it was paid from.
The NFL has already instituted a plan to cover with tarps the first eight rows of stadiums to allow for more advertising space on TV broadcasts with fans unlikely to fill stadiums to capacity across the country.

Just noticed this at BOL. Mitch has been anywhere from +200 to +250 to be the starter. Now this?? I think the latter is actually more true to what we'll see, but did anything happen to cause the sudden shift? Less Exhibition games helping the incumbent, maybe?

Trubisky will start the season, if he doesn't, the Bears are basically admitting he's a bust and they fucked up bigly by trading up to take him

While no guidelines for fans have been put in place, the NFL has already decided to cover the first eight rows of each stadium with tarps. That will necessitate some maneuvering with customers by the Bears and the league’s other teams once the overall plans for having fans on hand are solidified this summer.

NFL to mandate fans wear face coverings. That, in and of itself, should be a great game to watch. One only can wonder what will happen with drunks, mask get-ups, etc.

The Chicago Bears will not have season-ticket packages for the 2020 season, the team announced in a letter Friday morning.

Chicago has not yet lifted its COVID-19 restrictions to allow fans at sporting events. But as the Bears prepare for the possibility that fans could be allowed in by the time the season starts, their social-distancing plans will require reduced capacity at Soldier Field.

In the event some fans are allowed, the Bears will offer single-game tickets to season ticket holders first. There will be no multi-game packages.

The J-E-T-S made a FANTASTIC trade in the Jamaal Adams deal. Adams is a very good, maybe even great player, but he's not the best Safety in the NFL, top 3 at best, top 5 IMO. Even if he was as good as Honey Badger, who is the best, a safety is not worth what Seattle gave up. The Jets got more than Oakland got for Khalil Mack, who affects a game alot more than a great safety. McDougal and a #1 would have been a nice trade for the Jets, and a fair give up for Seattle. I hate to criticize Seattle's Front Office, who frequently finds gems in the draft, but this was beyond ridiculous, and gives the Jets a chance to really advance in the next few years IF Darnold comes close to being a franchise type QB. And if he continues to be a JAG, they have the ammo to find his replacement.

If Seattle was giving up that much, they should have just went after the guy Miami traded to Pitt.

I just dont see how the Jets can turn things around even with those picks. There's just something about this franchise that wreaks of implosion time and time again. Adams isnt going to stick around for that. He shouldn't either.
