Because these types of businesses were shut out during the first round of PPP loans. Now the initial loans from this 2nd round have to come from COMMUNITY BANKS. This helps to get the loans to more of the small businesses that really need it. Greed ruined the first round of PPP loans. Lakers won't be getting loans this time around. COMMUNITY Banks are more likely to serve minority owned small businesses. The same businesses that got shut out the first time around. They are the priority at the beginning of this round. My advice to any law firm that does agree to represent him:
GET PAID UP FRONT!
If you think the fees will be, say, $1M I would tell this Orange Turd: I want $5M up front. If there is any amount coming back to you - we will refund that money after all is said and done. Otherwise I think we know what will happen: The firm will ring up, say, $2M in fees. They will go to Jackass to get paid. He will tell them he was not happy with the job they did and he will only pay them $250,000 and if they don't like it they are free to take him to court to sue to get that full amount. We know how that would go.

To talk in absolutes like you love to do, there is 0 chance he will pardon Maxwell, 0. Even if he is the person you claim he would never pardon her because he would lose most of his base if he did.
