Probably not, but he only came back for the money to begin with, he'll be able to make plenty of money elsewhere - if he wants to, How much money does a guy need?
Gruden is 58, i retired at 57 and had no desire to work anymore, I've never understood the mentality of sticking around for money you dont need and cant spend.

JK is pro freedom of speech.
If Railbird were muted then where does it stop; it would be easy to justify doing likewise with over 50% of posters here & on other forums such as TheRx, SBR, etc. Banning them would largely kill the sites.
OTOH several other forums i am a member at do not put up with such.

I don't see that as a "lock" or "guaranteed winner". We may never know if he'd be allowed to do such things, since he may not ever make the attempt to return, unless the NFL issues a statement re a lifetime ban. But, then, what would that say about other "black sheep" (e.g. Michael Vick) who were allowed to return after they did their time, took their punishment, repented & showed evidence of their repentance by their actions and deeds?
If Gruden was ever guilty of what is being claimed against him some 10 years ago, that doesn't make him guilty of being such things a decade later. People change.

If we take a historical perspective, I'd differ.
1) Several EOG moderators actively defrauded posters in various schemes (ballwonder, Tuckman).
2) Minority EOG owner and part-time mod "1" was a complete fiasco, laying down a page full of completely useless "general"rules. Then he takes off 3 weeks from posting or any sort of helpful moderation, followed by coming back and declaring what a success he was. Upon reading these latest pontifications, I post that he is a "stupid asshole" and of course he bans me.
3) EOG owner and mod Ken Weitzner, in a drunken stupor, put me on "post-review" for supporting JoeFlex's request for information about the recently hired EOG tout, Dave Cokin's, long term record. Gee, its so unfair to ask Dave's baseball record especially when I had previously tracked Dave's successful (58% ATS) 7 year CFB run on the Stardust Line.

JK, I beg to differ on one thing. Its not censorship to cut out the crap Rail posts. Almost every other forum of all types I visit has a simple policy of stating you stay on subject. If Rail wants to post picks or comment about legitimate topics on teams then you let that flow. But when he adds the nonsense to it of what religion the ref was or how a team can't win because of the coaches skin color, you just go in and cut it right out. He can complain about it, but do it a few times and leave the impression you will do it every time and he'll either cut it out or go spew it on another site.
