Jags Dback Clocked a Pitt Reciever on a Overthrown ball..... hit him with his shoulder....never led with the Helmet and knocked him on his ass and they called Personal Foul :+whipping:+whipping

their is a rule in the nfl about hitting a player in a defenseless position... ball was way over his head and the hit came late as well
