I keep emailing without a response..I called and the phone just rang...I'm losing track of which day within 90 I'm in . If they started saying 90 on Sept 1st then 60 and counting. Merry Christmas! Anyone know anything...:+clueless:+clueless:+peeing-5

I was disconnected at about 20 minutes. I just called back...my guess is that there is no one there anymore. It looks like all the other sportsbooks survived a run of deposits the last few days....so obviously BOS had/has no money. Maybe they finally realized that they shouldnt even bother answering the phone anymore.

Talked with the same guy as usual yesterday. Got the same news. They are VERY close to reaching a deal with the DOJ. i asked if it is the same "VERY CLOSE" as 3 weeks ago when they told me this. Blah blah blah, no new news.. But yes, got through and talked to someone yesterday.

At least you can write it off your taxes as theft. I am being serious.

Depending on your tax bracket and state this can get you up to about 45% back.

Unfortunately, I would call you OUT your 7K. It is not pretty and the longer it goes the less likely you are to get anything. JMO with way over 25 years doing this type of thing

I can only prove the deposit of 5k which is fine. But I still would like to have my money back so I can use it......
