Yes that is all true, but the fact is this is the only way he has any shot to collect on his $14k. It's NOT EOG that owes him the $$$. Shrink and the General are only acting as a conduit here to help him collect. There is obviously a dispute between WHO is telling the truth..The book, or the player. IMO, they have went out of their way to resolve this in a fair way.


It may not be a "great proposition" but at this point its all you have left to collect your $$$$. If he "sticks to his guns", EOG won't help any further, and my guess is he will NEVER see any of his $14k, as no one else will do any more than they have.

In this case I sat back and thought what a coincidence. I do believe this has some relevance to the issue at hand. Whatever that may be. You can take it for what it is worth.

Assuming that he is telling the truth then he is owed 100% of that money legit, and you're basically asking him to flip a coin as to these polygraph results to see if he gets what he is rightfully owed anyways. Doesn't sound like a great proposition to me. To me, it's just the same as knowing that I was legit owed a bunch of money and them saying "OK, we'll flip this coin and if it's heads then you can keep your money". Would you agree to that? I'd assume you'd just stick to your guns and demand that they paid what they owe without all the BS.

Exactly.
Bruce has no reassurance from anyone that he will be paid. What is being tested here. Nothing has been said. I think Shrink is getting paid big money from Betus, that's why he is backing away from the key issues here and not answering any questions. This is like the bet I had with Raiders. If there is imbiguity in it then you have to clear up all the issues first.
If he proves that Betus had 5 lies and not 7, then what happens. This is way too cloudy for Bruce to take a polygraph test right now. There is no set standards. NOTHING is here. Where is it?

Omni, not even in this scenario? If we assume $14,000, 70% chance of Polygraph being accurate..

If he's telling the truth, the EV of taking the test is $9800.
If he's not telling the truth, the EV of taking the test is $4200.

Either way, the EV of not taking it is $0.

Key words being "in a fair way". In my mind, a polygraph test is by no means a "fair way".

Also let me say this. I totally understand what people are saying about him taking the test being + EV. But you're also making the assumption that this is the only way that they guy would ever get paid. If that is an accurate assumption, then it makes sense for him to take the test and take a shot verses getting nothing. But at the same time that is not a "fair" way of resolving this and it should not be presented as such.

BetUS has been stiffing him for 4 years.

Though highly skeptical, Shrink has been a godsend for Bruce...

I think Shrink stated in another thread that Bruce needs to contact the place where he is suppose to take the test and that is their job to give the questions to Bruce if that is proper procedure when taking a polygraph.

Bruce, Shrink didn't help MFG with his money and sadly to say it doesn't look like he is helping you either. I would be careful dealing with him. Shrink actually agreed it was ok for Betus to steal MFG's money, and sided with Betus. It wasn't until after everyone bashed Shrink and several years later that he changed his tune. Bill Dozer and Roberto were the ones that helped him the most.

This may truly be a contest between one of the stupidest gamblers and one of the crappiest books. I find it hard to believe we will ever have such a dispute between such an inept bonus whore and such a scamming sportsbook. If we all never hear from either one again, I think that would be perfect.

Kudos goes to Shrink for trying to set this up but given the two parties, the money line on both keeping there part is well over +500.

I have gathered so much information on Bruce and his cohort Brad, aka Shack, aka Bruce, aka Lynch, that it would be REALLY bad for the PLAYER(S) if I went public with all of it...

I am done with this case!

I just hope that if someone asks me for help next time, they don't LIE as much as BRUCE/SHACK have.

I will continue to fight for players, but next time, I will also expose FRAUDULENT ones in a much more REVEALING manner than I did here...

For those of you that don't know me. I have posted at the RX for over 5 years. I'm no newbie to the forums. I am a financial consultant to individuals and companies. Bruce is one of my clients. I am here to represent and help my client, Bruce, the same way Shrink is here to represent and do everything he can to protect his client Betus. I have over 200 clients and many are sports enthusiests just like myself. I have a client appreciation night at least once a year, so most of my clients know one another.
Bruce had been posting at a snails pace at SBR and people were telling him to post at eog, etc. He told me he had no time for it, etc. and I offered to help him. I know that we share the same ip address at eog. So be it. I have posted for years, I know all sports books and forums know your ip address. That is not the issue here. The issue is that books are not entitled to steal people's money. But to me it seems that Shrink fails to address the issues at hand. I've been waiting for over a week for eog to say we had the same ip address. That is not the issue.
SBR- would you please confirm that my ip address and Bruce's are not the same.
