One political aside: The Democrats are debating at a Caesars property (Paris Las Vegas) tonight.

Who hasn't been a customer of someone who has been hacked? Forget about it guys, the days of privacy of your data are history. Our dumb politicians and the political hacks hired to oversee regulatory agencies just don't get it. We need to stop trying so hard to protect our data because its really not protectable. All it takes is the smallest leak and hackers are in. One dumb new hire in an organization who didn't figure out the phishing attack and its game over for the data.

What we all should be doing, and almost no one is, is demand that changes be made so just getting access to our data doesn't lead to a disaster. Where are all the calls to get away from Social Security numbers which are easy to steal or even guess and move to something that actually can be secured? Frankly I don't care if someone knows where I shopped or searched anymore, send me all the targeted ads you want. Those are the least of my concerns. I want something that insures my finances stay safe and my identity doesn't get stolen, yet politicans only care about trying to get their two cents in about Facebook.

MGM is the most anti-AP casino corporation.
They will spend a ratio of $10 to prevent an AP or AP wannabe from making $1.

That is why there was a shake-up.

They got 10 million old customers who stayed in their hotels, just their addresses and emails. No one who stayed after 2017. About as minor a breach as you can get. Unlike Marriott and their 500 million customers who were hacked revealing a lot more, including some financial details. I'm telling you all, assume nothing will stay private, big data just can't be protected no matter how much people clamor for them to do it.
