There are 4 contests to choose from as of now, there is something for everyone between $500-5000 entry fees. This information below is mostly for the $1500 SUPERCONTEST but please click on the bottom links for all the different contests and rules for 2018 LAS VEGAS FOOTBALL CONTESTS.
THE 2018 WESTGATE FOOTBALL SUPERCONTESTis upon us, signups started July 1st. The only requirement is that you be 21 years of age or older. The signup fee is the same as last year $1500. They expanded the prize pool to pay more places(100) so that was applauded. I will continue to post information as I get it. The only requirement is that you be 21 years of age or older. Many people who are not from the area would like to enter the contest, however, are not able to submit picks every week. The contest has a solution where the players MAY AUTHORIZE A PROXY(a person authorized to act for you) TO SUBMIT THEIR SELECTIONS BY PROPERLY SIGNING AND AUTHORIZING SUCH, IN PERSON AT THE SUPERBOOK. People can share entries, actually a team of 4 and a team of 5 won separately a few years ago so it can be done. We have been around 15+ years and have many references as proxies from past and current entrants and have been . The 2017 Westgate Supercontest Winner last year took home $1.3+ Millions with a prize pool of almost $4 Millions.
Many entrants who enter the contest also write off a portion of the entry fee as a marketing/business expense because they use their website or sports service for the entry name and is displayed throughout. To make it clear you are simply authorizing us to put picks in every week. PROXIES CANNOT COLLECT ANYTHING at the end from the sportsbook for your entry. You are simply authorizing us to put your plays in for you every week. The Westgate Contest is 5 games a week against the point spread, sides only. Changes to plays can be made BUT ONLY WITHIN THE SAME DAY THEY WERE SUBMITTED, we were able to make many changes for players but be aware of the specific rule please. Many groups do not offer changes and choose to deal with many hundreds of people. We've chosen to keep things small compared to others so we can cater to our players well and our team success including 2 SUPERCONTEST CHAMPIONS in addition to other prizes proves our model works.
Players pick 5 games a week against the point spread NFL sides only, lines come out at approximately 5pm Wednesday afternoon. Since we have a smaller group we have some of the latest submission times. If signed up by Monday Sept. 3rd 4pm, you get a free entry into the last 3 week contest, where the best record wins $15,000. There is also a 1st Quarter(4 weeks) prize of $15,000 and 1st Half(8 weeks) prize of $15,000 for those in the lead at that time.
OUR PROXY FEE FOR THE SUPERCONTEST IS $250 WITH NO % ON THE BACKEND AFTER YOU CASH. If you choose to do multiple entries or contests we can discuss a fair proxy fee that works for you.
