Remember it well. Was watching at the time, screaming at the TV you idiot for going out of bounds.

Dez Bryant voiced his concern for Barber about a year ago saying he was down and out and not doing well. Sad.

Also, in case no one knew, Jim Seals' brother was Dan Seals, deceased since 2009. Dan Seals was the "Dan" in the 1970s group England Dan and John Ford Coley.

I’m reminded of their producer Louie Shelton.
Louie was a very talented session guitarist in L.A. who recorded with The Jackson 5 and Glen Campbell, among others.
But he said he started making some real money when he was the Producer of the hit album Summer Breeze for Seals and Crofts.
Louie is still alive, living in Australia now I believe.

It was also Jim's idea to incorporate the name "England Dan" into England Dan & John Ford Coley. The nickname was a reference to the fact that, as a youngster, Dan had fixated on the Beatles and briefly affected an English accent

He liked his late-night cocktails.

Goldberg was friendly with Art Manteris.

He would always stay at the Hilton when Art was there and then shifted to Station Casinos when Manteris hooked up with the Fertittas.
