Anyone want to share a formula of how they play totals

I've seen lots of formulas out there on how totals are handicapped. Some compare power ratings. Some use % of passes to run. Avg/yards and points scored and given up are used. Any formulas that are working for you?

No real formula, just check past results and whether each team has been running the ball lately.

And I ONLY BET unders!! If I think that a game will go over, then I wont bet it
